A warm welcome to stay at this one bedroom apartment, equipped to provide you with all you need for your time away from home.

Located in Woden town centre, you`ll be situated close to shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, bus stops, Woden offices & Canberra Hospital.

Our apartment has floor to ceiling windows, washing machine & dryer, heating/cooling, a fully equipped kitchen and awesome views.

Experience the ultimate in communal amenities- indoor pool, sauna, movie room, games room & work desks.

The bedroom has one Queen size bed. The apartment is new, has lift access & has one secure underground car space. The smart TV also has Chromecast so you can cast shows from your personal device.

The prime location of this apartment will make your stay in Canberra simple. Not only are there plenty of amenities within a short distance (shops, cafes, movie theatre, restaurants etc), but bus stops are also close by and driving is a breeze with it being so central in Woden.

This apartment is part of the WOVA complex. Built in 2024, this residential community is one of Woden`s newest additions. The stand-out communal facilities that guests can access (some subject to availability) are an indoor heated pool, large sauna, gym, ping pong, BBQ facilities, movie room and outdoor seating areas.

Guests have full exclusive use of the whole apartment. The communal facilities (eg pool, sauna etc) are shared with other residents.

- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn`t a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.
