The team was exceptional and accommodating. Our room had an issue with the shower and engineer came to check but was not fixed which was a bit of a pain as we were a party of 5 and ended uses one shower. Apart from that definitely recommend and easy walking distance to restaurants and Aqualand.

This was our second stay at Haciendas and had another great stay. Apartment clean and spacious with all amenities we could need. Outdoor pools with the waterfalls were very cold as expected but the one by reception perfectly warm and enjoyable. Local problem with drains this year left everything smelling horrible but that’s no reflection on the property.

Our 3 night at this hotel was an amazing experience. This was my first time visiting Spain. Our checking at the hotel was smooth although we had arrive way early than 4pm the staff really accommodate us and make us feel at home. They were very helpful and pleasant. Maria and Joanne were amazing greeters. They were right on target with every info we asked and always with that stunning smile. Our room was very clean and welcoming and what makes it great, we had a stunning view from the balcony. We felt very safe and the surroundings was very quiet. The only thing I miss was not having an air condition in that room because it get very hot at time. Otherwise great. I will recommend this hotel to any friend of mine who want to visit Tenerife.

Haciendas Apartments were very clean and tidy. We arrived late, so followed the instructions on the email, which gave us our room number, a map and the code to input into the key holder outside the apartment door. We had a hire car and always found a space outside the apartment complex. The apartment itself was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and it had a fully equipped kitchen. Also a hairdryer in the very big bathroom. There was some noise from the people above our apartment, but nothing serious. Only complaint was people putting towels on the sunloungers to reserve them. One of my pet hates. My son thought it was great being so close to Aqualand. We could see the slides from our huge balcony. The walk into town was ok, but uphill coming back. We didn't feel the need for a taxi though. Overall, a great place to stay.

Firstly we arrived at the main reception which wasnt where we were staying so we had to go to the other side. That was a nightmare to find with 2 luggages and side luggage and a child! No one helped or escorted us there. Then the remote or tv did not work. The wifi was hardly connecting most of the time all out data ran out. Sadly we did not watch tv or be able to enjoy the night with no entertainment. Plus the number on the paper for reception did not work at all. There was hardly ever any car parking available as we had to park at the main reception or on side roads and walk to our room area. Then on top by accident the main door shut qnd the keys were still inside. Only one set of keys??? It says reception shuts at 9 but it shuts at 5.30 and we had to run around trying to find us a number or someone to help us get in. Until someone else who just came to the place and wasnt even booked in!!! He managed to find the owner who didnt understand english who tried finding a security number after 1 hour ! Them the security guard was rude and took another 45 mins to come and help both families out. Overall the place was ok other than the constant cockroaches and lack of tissues. But the service was horrible and not ok especially with a child. That ruined the lovely place

Good morning,I apologize that your stay was not as you expected. We have reviewed your complaint point by point and we will respond to each one of them.The reception is located in the main building (haciendas II) and this is something common for the clients of both complexes, all, absolutely all the clients who stay in our complexes go through here to check in or for requests or complaints.One day before your arrival, the reception team sends all the information you need about the complex by Whatsapp message and via Expedia Inbox, this information includes a map of the complex, reception hours, reception and emergency telephone number , Wi-Fi passwords and check-in and check-out times. In the case of having had any extra request or having communicated your situation, we would have acted immediately to be able to help you as established in our protocol.Regarding the fact that no one accompanied him to the apartment or helped him with his luggage, unfortunately we do not have that service and he did not ask the receptionist anything about it or through official communication channels.We also read that he had problems with the Wi-Fi, we have reviewed both the WhatsApp and Expedia's internal inbox and we have not heard from him of any complaint of any kind, neither about accommodation, nor about services, nor about maintenance, nor even about the presence of insects in the apartment. At Haciendas our main rule is that our clients have the best experience and are comfortable and happy, and as we told you before, if we had been informed of such an eventuality, we would have sent one of the guys from the maintenance team to help you. but unfortunately at no time were we aware of these problems that are detailed in this review.Once again, we apologize if it has not been the experience you expected, but we believe that all this would have been avoided with good communication with the reception department, which gave you all the information you needed, but you were never informed of the situations. that you lived.Team Reception Haciendas

Good value for money
The place was very clean. The address was a bit hard for the taxi to find on arrival but getting back to the airport was no hassle. Staff all very friendly. Stayed for a week and room was cleaned and bed/towels changed once during that time which was fine. Another couple had theres cleaned twice so a bit inconsistent. Didnt find beds comfortable but thats personal preference. Great pool areas. Tough to navigate on 1st day as map quite vague but all in all very tidy and well looked after. Overall a lovely stay that could have been improved but definitely worth a visit.

We opted for a comfort apartment. It was very spacious, with all the appliances you could need. There was no AC, although an electric fan was provided. All in all, very friendly staff and a nice pool area. Great value for money

Pleasent Stay
Friendly reception staff, no issues with all instructions for gaining access, codes etc, nice pleasent, clean apartment with all supplies, toiletries, equipment etc as described, pity the internet was unreliable and the terrace was overlooked from both sides and above, situated on quite a steep hill but this never caused us an issue, would stay again but ask for a more private apartment.

This villa with a private pool is a great place for a family to stay. It has everything that one would need while on holiday. The pool and the grounds are clean and well maintained. There are several local shops that are easily accessible on foot. This place is greatly recommended!

The apartment was really spacious & well maintained. There was a lovely large veranda with hammock, sun beds and patio chairs. My only criticism would be the bottom of the pool looked a little shabby. Other than that we had an enjoyable week here.

Large rooms, good shower. Large sunny terrace. Towels changed twice and sheets once in 9 days. Limited wardrobe space, only 6 hangers. No space in bathroom to store toiletries. No large knife, no tea towel and limited food prep equipment. Memory foam mattress and pillows were not comfortable and made you too hot. No air conditioning. Room only cleaned once in 9 days.

Property was clean and spacious. Shower was very good, always plenty hot water and excellent pressure, altho drainage seemed bit slow at times. For 2 guests amenities were adequate but distinct lack of shelves/drawers/hangers etc for 4 people. Bed Linen was changed after 3 days, but no clean bath towels. Poss an option if paid extra? Patio furniture was excellent quality. We had superb sea view and sunshine all day. N.B. This is a very steep site, steps to get to reception and then to apartments would be a big issue for anyone with fitness or mobility limitations, esp with suitcases in tow. Girls on reception were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a couple of minor issues during our week but these were attended to efficiently.

Good location and spotless. No complaints really though be aware of following. Has no AC in apartment we were in so not sure how comfortable in height of summer Is early check out time 10am. This can be extended with a fee but only if apartment not needed same day, which in our case it was. With later flight and kids will need some thought. Staff very helpful.

Lovely, but all uphill on the way back!
Arrived at 6.30 pm, reception was still open (it is until 9.00 pm). Had a very spacious apartment near to the pool, which was good. Ours had a large room at the back which we didn't use - it was open to the elements, but all fully tiled. Not sure what you would use it for to be honest! But, a very nice apartment - kitchen area was fine, all necessary utensils and equipment provided. Utility room for the rubbish etc. We had extra bedding, as there was a sofa bed too, but we didn't need it. A cleaner came in twice over our 9 days, which was fine - towels and bed changed (although I also changed the bed the day before!). We had a huge walk-in shower which was great. No bath, although there was plenty of room for one! Lovely big patio/terrace with two sunbeds and a hammock (most had these as far as we saw), and a double seat and table. There were enough sunbeds round the pool too, but it possibly could get busy in high season. 20 min walk or so down the hills and steps to the nearest beach, which was fine for us - we walked back twice.....otherwise it was a taxi (3-4 Euros). Not good really if you're not very mobile. There were a few restaurants near to the apartment which we had evening meals in, rather than go all the way back to the beach ones. Little supermarket nearby or an Iceland (bit expensive) if you wanted to cook in though. Lovely holiday, comfortable apartment, nice area.

It is a quiet place and the communication via WhatsApp was really quick. Nice terrace with whirlpool. By feet approx. 15-20 minutes to the beach. Restaurant It&Aly nearby with extraprdinarily good pizza and other dishes at low price.

Attention notre avis n’engage que sur un séjour pendant les vacances scolaires de la Toussaint, et non en période estivale (mais en été, on ne serait pas venu à tenerife, sûrement trop de monde). En tout cas, nous avons apprécié la vue (quel bonheur de voir la mer au petit dej ou au dîner) , le calme en journée et la nuit (même fenêtre ouverte). L’appartement avec sa chambre indépendante est spacieux et bien équipé. La terrasse est spacieuse. Ménage fait à mi semaine, c’est suffisant. Parking facile sur le parking de la résidence ou dans la rue. Sans voiture c’est possible aussi mais ça grimpe pour remonter du centre. Je recommande.

Rólegt og gott hótel fyrir þá sem vilja næði.
Hótelið var nokkuð gott en það er kominn tími á viðhaldi sérstaklega að utan. Hefði lika vilja sjá starfsfólk þrýfa oftar lóð og gangstéttar hótelsins. En yfir heildina þá var dvölin á hótelinu góð.
