Not happy with the location and our bedrooms are in the basement. Not satisfied with the accommodation and we couldn’t find any restaurants and the neighbourhood felt unsafe while we tried to find a restaurant.

Close to train, but not worth the stay

Booked to stay near train station to airport, which was a quick walk. Area didn't feel overly safe, but lots of people outside. Bed was not comfortable and I was itching all night so I didn't sleep well. Also, you had to turn on shower heater 30 minutes early, which with an early start made it earlier. Even given this and it being 5am, the water still wasn't warm. Only there briefly, so didn't use appliances, which looked older. There was a store nearby. Was not a cheap hotel, so definitely expected better. Only plus really was closeness to train station. Wouldn't stay at again.

Netter Empfang, gute Kommunikation, aber Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sehr klein. Für eine kurze Nacht vor der Weiterreise, aber durchaus zu empfehlen, auch wegen der Nähe zum Busbahnhof.

L’hotel non è un granché, situato in una zona molto brutta di Tel Aviv. Avevo prenotato camera con vista città ed ero sotto terra (guardare le foto). Unica cosa positiva: l’hotel si trova vicino alla stazione

What was unique is that despite having booked through e-bookers and paid for 7 nights...we never got further than the reception desk where we were told there was no room in our name an no spare rooms. We had to find and pay for alternative hotel.

We liked that this hotel is within walking distance from the train station. Tel Aviv Hahagana. Approx. 10 minutes. You can catch the train, the bus or taxi. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is not the best, but everyone keeps to themselves and no one bothers you. The rooms are small compared to the ones in the U.S. but they serve their purpose. The bed was very comfortable and the shower has incredible water pressure. Very relaxing. In each room they have shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, coffee, sugar, dishes.... everything you need. You can ask for a blow dryer at the front desk. They have a cafe next door with very friendly staff as well. We arrived after 11pm, way after check-in hours but we notified them via email through Orbitz. They said they would have someone at the desk to welcome us and they did. Check-in was easy. We were extremely satisfied and will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Tel Aviv.

J'adore Tel Aviv

Le personnel est toujours attentifs et à l’écoute. L'emplacement est ideal pour les affaires car il est très proche de la gare routière et de train, et pour les amateurs de la marche l'Hotel se situe pas loin des lieux touristiques .

The rooms were very clean and it had everything needed for a short stay including dishes, cups, water, microwave, etc. For the price there was a lot of value. The location where it is is not so nice but since we spent most of the time out elsewhere we did not mind.

Lage des Hotels in der Nähe des Bahnhofes HaHagana Station (auch Bus vom Flughafen hält hier) sehr praktisch ( 5-10 Minuten Fußweg). Andererseits - vor allem nachts -etwas dubiose Gegend.... Das Hotel selbst ist wirklich in Ordnung und das Personal war stets sehr freundlich! Achtung: Room-Service und Wechsel von Handtüchern/Mülleimer nur alle zwei Tage! Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis insgesamt gut! Wir würden deshalb wieder hier absteigen.
