On the day of your arrival you arrived at the apartment late at night and we welcomed you with open arms and at no extra charge. As an old people you did not know how to use the apartment equipments, such as the coffee machine and the T.V. As soon as you contact us, we were happy to help as we always service all our guest when they need it.The kitchen is fully furnished. A toaster is equipment that is not necessaily inckuded binding the place .And from the moment you asked for it, we suply you a new one at the same day.This is an apartment that many guests want to stay in and end up with no complains but only compliments. We were there for you for everything and at the end of your stay you told us that you enjoyed your stay and you wish to come again. We wish you all the best and hope to see you again. Nomi's Suite

Hello Yamit and Amatzia Fainberg 2 weeks before your arrival we contact you to inform that the apartment you booked has leaks from the tenants above, so we offered another alternative apartment or cancellation option. Since all our apartments were occupied, we offered a colleague's apartment and we sent you pictures. You confirmed the order and were glad we could help. We have contact you several times a day before arrival to arrange the check in process to allow you a smooth and pleasant entry. You did not reply to us. We waited for you from the morning till 23:00 pm to welcome you and when you arrived after midnight everything work fine. By the reservation you " mislead us" and it is not honest to book an apartment for a couple +1 and expect us to arrange an apartment for "extra guests" that you did not report before. We even did not charge you for that. Regarding the cleaning, the cleaning comopany cleaned the apart' and if as you say the floor was not clean enoug, I apologize for that and the matter will be dealt with severely in front of the company. The t.v works and the guests who are currently in, use it. You just did not know how to activate it. When you contaced us about it, I immediatly wanted to come and help you, but you refused unclearly why. The bathroom is a new toilet. I'm sorry that this was your feeling and that you avoided all contact, since we are here to serve you. We will be happy to host you again in one of our holiday apartments and not of other colleagues. Thank you for your comments, it is very importany for us to improve our service. It is very important also, to clarify few points which are written in the site: We have beautiful suites at our place, never specified otherwise (not an hotel). At the website is written that there is an additional 100$ fee for cleaning fee and other services. The payment should be at the check in process and there is no payment through the website, therfore the guest have "not" been charge twice as we informed the her. We have been asked to have an early check in process and we were glad to do so without any charge! The guest ask to come a day after for the payment. The next day we have been ask again to come a day after. At the third day the guest asked to come "at night" for the payment . We came specialy at night even though we came fron far away. Moreover, we offered several ways of payment, credit card is one of them. Our guest enjoyed moreover of an additional service like bottle of wine, beers, fruits; chocolates and more without any charge. Wish you all the best and we will be happy to host you again.
