"Twelve Palms is a phenomenal property. It is exactly as it appears in the photos. It was beautiful, spotless (including the pool), and had everything we needed for fun and relaxation.The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, utensils and dishes allowing us to cook our own meals in our personal resort. The beds are extra comfy and I slept a heavenly 9-10 hours every night.Highly recommend!"

"We had the most incredible week at Villa Blue Heaven. It is absolute paradise. The home is gorgeous a the outdoor areas from the pool to the beach are pure perfection. There is a pool box full of floaties and beach toys which was a nice suprise. There are also games and books available under the tv in the living room which was a fun suprise.The property manager Julian was so nice and was always quick to get us whatever we needed. The homeowner Sheree checked in midweek which was a nice surprise. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you could ever need for cooking. There are two coffee makers a drip and Keurig and a water dispenser that Julian brought us refills for throughout the week. We hired Chef Thomas and Max with Dining by Design for 3 whole days and cannot recommend them or this villa highly enough. We had an absolutely incredibly epic family vacation. We traveled with a group ages between 15-80 and everyone was thrilled. The first level of the house all the way down to the pool is very accessible aside from a few stairs to get from the pool to the deck. My only recommendation would be a handrail for the stairs up to the front door for elderly that struggle with stairs.Security is great and very visible at the beach and around the neighborhood. We felt incredibly safe the whole time. There is a safe in the first floor master suite did anyone wondering. Don’t second guess booking this villa for the most magical vacation. "

"Wonderful family beach especially for young children ( our grandkids are 3-7 ages) and awesome to have the view and walk out to beach but it is not private. You have 10 reserved chairs on a very busy public beach. We do believe that due to windy conditions on Grace Bay many travelers and locals knew this was a much calmer side and protected beach is perhaps why so busy). We had to daily ask people to move and explain these are reserved chairs for renting the house. They loved having the pool to play in as well. House is very well appointed and comfortable but it is 2 separate units The upstairs is a 2 bedroom with full kitchen and baths ( beautiful balcony view) and same set up in the first floor. You can only access the upstairs by going outside and up a flight of stairs. We would stay here again but just felt more accurate description would have prepared our expectations. Noreen that we met on arrival was excellent and owners were very communicative on arrival information. "

"Awesome stay! The house has an authentic carribean feel and stunning views. We & our bosy (11 & 6) fell in love with Chalk Sound. We swam, snorkeled, kayaked, and saw iguanas. Could not ask for more. There was a closet stocked full of chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, fins, floats, cooler, etc. We didn't kayak far out, as the large island close by was all the adventure we needed. Snorkeling around the island we saw plenty smaller fish & several baraccuda. We saw 12 iguanas on the right side of the island. Hoping we make it back to TCI one day & would absolutely stay here again! The house is well stocked for cooking and plenty towels. A very homy lived in feel. Very private with surrounding garden & private dock. I cannot say enough wonderful things. The only cautions I would give is the stairs might not be great for older guests. Was not a problem for us. Laundry is on the ground level, living area above, then stairs up to the second building with bedrooms. The other thing to note is that each of the two bedrooms are only accessable from the outside, which may not be ideal for small children. Taylor Bay is walkable, or 2 minute drive. Awesome swim beach for the whole family. Calm, shallow, and clear. We enjoyed Chalk Sound & Taylor so much that we did not make it to Sapodilla Bay, but it's also just down the road. Highly recommed Las Brisas restaurant and Omars beach hut, in the area.Grace Bay is about a 20-30 minute drive. Traffic does get heavy late afternoon."
