"Most incredible resort! From the food, to the views, to the pool, beach, service, and beyond. I will not stay at another resort when coming to Turks. We loved every minute. I love how secluded the resort felt and like we were tucked away in Greece. We loved enjoying the beaches and restaurants of our sister resorts, but adored staying at the rock house as our absolute favorite resort. Highly recommend. 10/10. "

"Clean and comfortable with a simple, modern vibe. Friendly, responsive, helpful staff. It met my expectations for a boutique hotel in this price range. We had a penthouse suite, which I believe was well worth the extra expense. The extra space indoors & outdoors, higher floor views, and private hot tub really elevated our experience. Very happy with the nearby amenities (walkable) including a quaint beautiful beach (Smith’s Reef), several great restaurants (Baci & Mango Reef), and a cafe open for breakfast & coffee (TurkWave). Also enjoyed the marina vibe with the boats coming and going. Obviously, this isn’t a Grace Bay resort with a private beach, but it was easy to get cabs to the Grace Bay Area for activities & dining. Overall we think this stay was a great value for what we were looking for - a luxury experience for a fraction of the resort prices. "

"Our host was great. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The place looks just as shown in the pictures. The outdoor patio is so nice with all the fruit trees. Our son loved that the host's cat would visit us each morning, we felt right at home. Would definitely stay in any of his properties again. "

"Great location, great place. Everything was as advertised. Owners were very responsive. Our family loved our stay here. The deck was a great place to view the canal, sit and eat (and bar-b-que). Inside the house was good too but we didn't spend much time inside. The kitchen had everything we needed. The airconditioning in the bedrooms was nice for sleeping. We used the paddleboards along the canal. The location was central and easy access to get groceries, go to the beach... You need a car. I would recommend this location!!!"
