Very nicely kept property that was clean, comfortable & cozy 2 bedroom with a great refreshing pool area to chill out in after a Long Beach day. "Overall this property was great. We enjoyed the pool and the water toys. The kitchen could use more cooking supplies like mixing bowls and serving bowls. The grill was out of gas and we didn’t have a grill set to cook with so keep that in mind if you plan on a BBQ. Master suite upstairs is bright in the morning, maybe they will add blinds under the curtains in the near future. This is a great location with walking distance to a fabulous restaurant La Brista( I think). Very clean house and beautiful outdoor sitting area to eat near the water. I highly recommend this place for your next vacation:) "
"This not only matched the pics online but exceeded my expectations. The house and property were amazing. It is stocked with everything you could need especially in the kitchen. Views are breathtaking. Breeze is constant so you dont get hot. Beaches are very close. Not crowded like grace bay and just as beautiful. Having the concierge available 24/7 allowed for quick answers to any questions which was very helpful. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future. "

"Chalk Sound is a gorgeous and quiet location. This property is at the very end of the road, nestled deep in Chalk Sound and its gorgeous teal waters. We enjoyed coming home from the hustle and bustle of most of the rest of Provo, to our quiet home. There are a couple nearby overlooks to check out and view the beauty of the national park."

"Traveling with two families, we had a great stay at Tropical Retreat! Everything from booking to checkin and checkout was a smooth process!The house is located on the less traveled side of the island, which I prefer! Since we had a rental car, I felt like we got the best of both worlds! We could travel to Grace Bay or Smith’s reef in about 15 minutes, but had the beauty of the sound the best beaches just minutes away. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we would need. Although parts of the house are in need of small repairs, that wasn’t an issue at all for us. The kitchen and dining area are huge, and there are two lounging spaces on the first floor. We didn’t really watch any of the tvs, but they were large and smart TVs. Be aware, the only stairs in the space are a set of narrow spiral stairs up to all three bedrooms. I found this to be a fun quirk of the house, but it may not be for everyone. One of the bedrooms was very spacious, and we were able to set up an air mattress with plenty of remaining space. This bedroom also included a very large walk in closet and bathroom. Water was warm (not hot), but that is what I expected traveling to the island. The other two bedrooms were decent sized, and all had King sized beds (I believe!).The pool seemed fine, although, we didn’t spend anytime there. I really enjoyed the deck that overlooked the water and the path that led down to the water. Two mornings, we saw a flock of flamingos fly overhead!"
