"Vacation for a week with 4 couples. The home is as advertised. Decently close to town, the drive to grace bay did get a little old. That is where the activities and most of the restaurants are. However, omars was a great stop and close. Did not get into chalk sound since there was a step missing on the stairs. We used the pool, kitchen, common area, ping pong table, tvs, and pool. "

This was probably the most private we have ever had. We had everything we needed including the neighborhood dog, Peaches, very hard to leave her. So grateful to Tim, Shannon and Cady for getting us through some bad days traveling. This place did not disappoint "

"We had an absolutely amazing 5 night stay at Villa Nirvana. The house had absolutely everything needed with direct water access. The views and sunsets were fabulous. The house was immaculate and completely updated - there wasn’t a single thing we needed that wasn’t already there.The kids loved the kayaks and paddle boards and spent days in the pool and ocean.Janelle was the best host and promptly responded to every question we had. To be clear, we did not a have a single question on the quality or setup in the house but she was a tremendous help for our entire time in the Turks."

"Well that was the most fun we have had in years The bikes and kayaks on water was so amazing Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect just right combination for family of 14 the family room was a fantastic they had a game going on every chance they had Joel and his wife were amazing to work with. Hot tub was perfect temperature we love hot tubs and we really enjoyed it. The view day and night was amazing the work out room was used every day and night it’s set up so perfectly and professional pink flamingos fly over every morning between 6:30/ 7:30 am you can see the pink very clearly espresso machine wonderful used every day the kitchen is so stocked up and so big we made breakfast every morning I’m blessed to have had this time with my family Christmas and new years. Blown away "

"The property was in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing view right on the water. Very nicely kept property that was clean, comfortable & cozy 2 bedroom with a great refreshing pool area to chill out in after a Long Beach day.
