"Off the grid villa was such a wonderful place to stay. The views never got old! We loved using the pool, sitting on the deck for morning coffee, grilling and dining at the outdoor patio table. The villa had everything we needed and the hosts were always responsive. We would definitely stay again."

"Beautiful views are a wow at this house! The outdoor living space is incredible. The gate to access the home helped us feel safer in this quiet, safe neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Wesley, Tatum & Jerry have thought of everything to help you feel relaxed and at home. When the dishwasher didn't work, it was replaced within a couple of days, which is a challenge on the island. When the propane gas was empty for the fire pit & gas grill, it was replaced the next day. This house was the perfect home for our family of 4 as we enjoyed Provo."

"This home was perfect for our family of 5 on our first trip to Turks & Caicos. We loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay and frankly, the Chalk Sound views and waterways are far more beautiful and serene than Grace Bay! Home was clean, spacious and enough space for us all to spread out. The pool was perfection and the kids loved the pool floats for us to use. We did kayak into the Sound on one of the days and that was fun! Some beach chairs, beach toys, etc are available in the garage which was handy. Can't wait to come back and hopefully stay again!"

The overhead light in one of the bedrooms did not work.The lights on the side of the pool do not light.The light in the pool did not light.The string of overhead lights around the property, 24 of the bulbs did not work.There are no dressers in either bedroom.The freezer in not functioning in the fridge.The screens are on notice to be fixed.Our code did not work to open the front door when we arrived.The property is not well maintained."

"This place was incredible. We stayed with our two small girls and infant. The location was easy and about 25 minutes to Grace Bay. The pool was a little chilly from the rain we kept getting but the kids didn’t mind. The wind was strong at times which made it a little hard being out baby with my 3 month old. The property management team was so responsive and helped us with whatever needed. Customer service was definitely 10/10. We rented a car which I would recommend. Tried Las Brisas nextdoor for breakfast and dinner both excellent. Make sure to go the beach it was beautiful and only a 3-4 minute walk. We would return we loved it. "

"The house was spectacular. The view was amazing. The house had everything you could ever want and more. We especially enjoyed the pool the Jacuzzi and the spa. The hosts were very accessible and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again."

"The place was amazing. Secluded and beautiful. We took the kayak on an adventure and found a secluded beach that was set up with a beach chair and umbrella. The house had everything we needed and a cat! The perfect romantic getaway."
