Turquoise Water Views On Both Sides Of Spectacular Private Property.

  • Turquoise Sun Villa is a spacious and tranquil two bedroom, two and a half bathroom house situated on the elevated ridge of the Chalk Sound Peninsula with spectacular panoramic views of island sunrises and sunsets over the exotic turquoise waters of Chalk Sound National Park to the North and Silly Creek and the Caribbean Sea to the South. A large pool deck, facing the turquoise waters of Chalk Sound National Park and an upper Champagne sunset deck together allow guests to sunbathe from sunrise to sunset whilst enjoying some of the most brilliant scenery in the world.

    We invite our guests to spend their days either simply relaxing on the peaceful and tranquil pool and sun decks or to pass the time exploring the turquoise waters of Chalk Sound and Silly Creek traveling from Cay to Cay by kayak. This setting allows our fitness and athletically inclined guests to enjoy an opportunity to to jog, cycle or stroll along the Chalk Sound peninsula.

    At the end of the day, our guests can create their own island style barbecue, grilling the day's seafood catch on our outdoor grill while watching the brilliant crimson sunsets for which these islands are famous.

    The spacious bedrooms are equipped with large internet ready flat screen cable ready TVs or you may enjoy Netflix over the free high speed wireless internet service. The views from the bedrooms are spectacular as they over look the pool deck and in the distance the turquoise waters of Chalk Sound through low set windows that allow ample natural light and ventilation. The large living room flows right onto the pool deck and is perfect for small wedding ceremonies or other small receptions.

    Turquoise Sun Villa is the perfect hideaway on a Sanctuary Close with high level security system. The villa is 15 minutes away by car, from the airport and the rest of Providenciales, but there is much to do in the Chalk Sound, Silly Creek, Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay areas which are all within walking distance.

We stayed at this beautiful villa in mid-June and had an amazing experience. Pros:
The property is exactly as described. The views are incredible, overlooking both Chalk Sound and the ocean, allowing you to enjoy both sunrise and sunset right from the villa. The home is very well equipped with everything you need, whether you’re spending the day relaxing by the pool or heading to the beach. The beach amenities were a huge plus, including umbrellas, chairs, floats, and complete snorkeling equipment. The bedrooms also offer beautiful views, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes an ice maker and purified drinking water, which we greatly appreciated. As for the pool, what you see in the photos is exactly what you get—a stunning pool ranging from 3 to 6 feet deep, plus an outdoor shower by the pool area. We spent many evenings enjoying family time swimming after long days of exploring the island. Cons:
There were only a few minor issues. The sofa bed was not very comfortable, and one of the bathroom showers had low water pressure, so we ended up using another shower instead. It wasn’t a major inconvenience. Communication with Adele occasionally took a little longer than expected, but whenever something was urgent, she responded quickly and was very helpful. Overall:
This villa is a 10 out of 10. We loved every moment of our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful, well-equipped property.

Amazing Stay!

Absolutely incredible stay! My daughter, her friends, and I rented this villa for two days, and from start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The views were stunning, the pool was perfect, and the atmosphere was peaceful yet luxurious. The host was responsive and made sure we felt right at home. This house is entirely adequate. The views of the water are stunning. The interior is airy and spacious. The pool was clean. We were met on arrival by caretaker Sylvia, who explained that the recent intense rain had caused roof leaks that were being addressed. There are three boogie boards, a pool float, one set of kids' fins, a small cooler, and some beach chairs. The sunrise view is spectacular.As other reviewers have stated, there are maintenance needs: the screen doors to the patio don't close, bathroom doors don't latch, the hide-a-bed is *exhausted* (this should be advertised as a 4-person rental, not 6, but Sylvia kindly provided an inflatable bed in the loft and the kids were happy). The showerhead in the guest ensuite needs replacing: the flow is too weak even to rinse off sand. There was a pervasive sewer gas smell in the third bathroom despite the provided air freshener, so we kept the door closed. None of these issues prevented us from enjoying our short stay and we didn’t request any remediation. This house is well-equipped for four people. We advise mapping the street address, as the map coordinates sent us to a neighboring address.Check out nearby Taylor Bay Beach for wading and swimming, and Omar's Beach Hut for covered oceanside dining even in a downpour!

Turquoise Paradise

The property is everything the pictures lead you to believe. We loved our stay so much we ended up adding additional days. The hosts were attentive and helpful. You are close to the best snorkeling and two phenomenal beaches. There are multiple restaurant's within a few minutes drive, but it is incredibly quiet and peaceful at night. Despite being off the beaten path, you arr at most a half hour car ride away from anything you could want on the island. We will stay here again!

Wonderful villa located overlooking Chalk Sound. Very accurate listing that was very clean, well maintained with a kitchen that had everything you need for your stay. Views were outstanding. Beautiful property near Taylor Bay

We had never been to Turks and Caicos before. We weren’t sure what part of the island we wanted to stay on. As it turns out we would have preferred being closer to Grace Bay, we did a lot of driving back and forth. However; we loved the property and it is only a few minutes drive to Taylor Bay which is a secluded beach.

Beautiful Getaway

If you’re looking for a clean, beautiful place, with great views, a nice pool, and located 4 minutes from the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen, look no more. This place was fully equipped with everything! The host was amazing and very accommodating. The pictures don’t show the true beauty. It’s even more beautiful than the pictures show. The villa was as advertised and amazing!! The location was spectactular. When we want to be "out" and be "seen" we do so, but the rest of the time we want "our"time. This had everything! It's a VRBO so don't get twisted, but the proprerty managers were available 24/7 and no need went unaddressed. Will definitely return!

Wonderful place to stay with a beautiful view of the Chalk Sound from the pool deck and a great view of Silly Creek and the ocean from the upstairs balcony. The two bedrooms with full bathrooms was perfect for our family of four and the private pool was really nice to have. The villa was clean and comfortable. We did have a car and visited Grace Bay, Sapodilla Bay, and Taylor Bay. Each are wonderful depending on what you are looking for. Taylor Bay was more quiet and relaxing. Grace Bay and Sapodilla were more lively. We enjoyed our stay!

We started in grace bay and then last 4 days in this villa and we died and went to heaven! It was the cleanest most amazing Vrbo I’ve ever seen Great location for sapodilla beach and Taylor bay beach Close to everythjng LOVED your place Adele I wish I can say we will be back but Turks took all our money!! Loved this little house on Chalk Sound!

We loved our visit to Turks and Caicos and especially loved waking up every morning and enjoying the beauty of Chalk Sound. Adele was wonderful and very helpful. We were grateful to have an air mattress on site. The only important note is having a rental car is a must and it’s so wonderful to explore the island, however driving is “adventurous”. Still we wouldn’t do it any other way and would absolutely love to return and stay here once again.

Family of 5 (2 adults + 3 kids ( 15/12/7 y.o) Inflatable mattress was very handy. View is gorgeous! Host (property manager) is very responsive and accommodating. Please pay attention to the location on google maps, it is challenging to find, but location is awesome. Property pictures on VRBO are very conservative, so the real feel of the villa was quite surprising in positive way. Pool size is great. Bathrooms in very good shape! Villa has everything you need for entertaining, cooking, BBQ, snorkeling/beach. Very safe! Yes, the location is remote from the tourist activity, but quite and relaxing.

My friends and I stayed at this villa for my birthday weekend, and while the overall experience was enjoyable, there was one major issue. The villa itself was beautiful—spacious, well-decorated, and in a great location. We loved the pool and outdoor area, which made for a relaxing and fun getaway. However, we were without water for almost two days, and unfortunately, the issue was never resolved during our stay. This made things difficult, especially for basic necessities. While we still managed to enjoy our time, the lack of water was a significant inconvenience. I would recommend the villa but hope that this issue is addressed for future guests.

Beautiful house and view

The layout of the house was perfect. Two rooms with private baths on each side of the house. Like private suites, both with pool access. The loft area was large enough that we were able to put the blow up mattress up there so the kids had their own space, plus their own bathroom that is the pool bathroom. We could have slept two more on the pull out couch too! The view from the pool to chalk sound is gorgeous. Pool was a fun place for the kids to be, and convenient we could see them from all rooms of the house. Tips: In January, the sun set over the deck/pool area about 3 pm. We did beach visits first thing in the morning so we could have sun time at the pool lunch-afternoon. The place is on a quiet road, nice houses surrounding. Great location, but the road is not marked well. It’s a little wooden sign with darker writing in it (not a standard street sign like on the other roads nearby) marking the name of the road, we drove by it a few times before we found it. Hope that helps!

Beautiful views

I would like to start off by saying this house was perfect for my family of 6. The location was away from Grace Bay but close to Sapodilla Bay Beach which was one of our favorite beaches to visit. The pool was great to have when we got back from the beach or to relax by in the evenings. The view of the Chalk Sound was breathtaking. The power did go out for a few hours which was not a fault of anyone's but then that caused us to not have hot water. My only complaint was that the house was not cleaned very well to my expectations. The trash can have leftover spaghetti that was under the bag assuming from the renters prior, but we took the time to clean it out with bleach. They are also doing construction next door starting around 6-78am so if like your sleep the bedroom on left will get most of the noise. I'm up pretty early so it was not a bother to me. Overall, I will come back if I decide to stay in the Chalk Sound area.

Beautiful rental!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Adele was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house is amazing and the view of Chalk Sound is breathtaking! We loved that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the rental for privacy. We enjoyed the pool daily! The washer and dryer came in handy. Lots of amenities including beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella - all of which we used. Just a couple minor things/suggestions for improvement. We were asked not to use the dishwasher as it had been leaking and to be available for it to be repaired. We didn’t hear anything further during the week so just simply didn’t use it. The ignitor on the grill didn’t work so my husband just hand lit it. The living room couch could use a replacement as it’s very worn, although we didn’t spend much time using it. There are bushes in front of the pool which the pic doesn’t reflect - maybe just advertise more accurately. Snorkel gear is advertised but it was basically a few goggles (most broken) and a kids pair of flippers. We killed 2 huge cockroaches in the kitchen - maybe have the house sprayed. We did see traps sitting around the house so assumed it had been an ongoing issue. Lastly maybe give notice for people coming into the property- we had the guys come to clean the pool and then our last day the guy trimming bushes. They startled us and just think a notice would be respectful for those renting. We do recommend this rental and would stay again. Thank you Adele!

Ample, clean, bright house in Chalk Sound residential area. Quiet private street and walking distance to Taylor Bay beach via some trails off Chalk Sound Rd. 4 adults and plenty of room to spread out. Pool was a very nice addition. Views are spectacular from this vantage point.
