The hotel was in a good location next to the station and just outside of town. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful. We were put in the wrong room initially which was an administrative oversight by either Expedia or the hotel. The only pain was the hotel was locked at 8 pm and you have to use the ring doorbell, we were outside for some time and I had to ring the hotel to get someone to open the door. They could give a front door key on your fob

Convenient location and friendly staff

Good all round hotel with friendly staff and very good location opposite the train station. Ten minutes walk to the twin centre and plenty of free parking at the hotel during our two-night stay.

Late evening book in welcomed, felt a little chilled, bit noisy through the night and difficult to fill the kettle, used a small glass in the end. Breakfast was freshly cooked but sadly just warm when we received it. The room was clean and tidy, staff lovely and nice service.
