"Great location close to railway station. Close to beach and harbour and eateries. Carrick Hotel beautifully appointed, very helpful friendly staff and treated us very well. Highly recommend to stay here. Buffet breakfast very good."

"This area is not served by Uber very well. Planning a taxi from the station is highly recommended; it’s a 15 minute hike up the mountain from the train station. Otherwise, we went on a Sunday and most businesses near by were closed. Hotel is really nice inside and room was great."
