This place was great. It’s right next to the downtown part of the city and main strip to walk. Plenty of food options and about a hour walk to portofino. Bus would take less time but the walk itself is beautiful. The man who checked us in was extremely nice and gave us good recommendations. Would stay here again

This was a great surprise. Lovely place, fully remodeled, spacious & very clean. The check-in & check- out was super smooth. Please note, you have to reserve parking ahead. We weren’t aware of that but weew able to easily find street parking nearby. Very walkable location was a great plus also.

Just a quick walk away from the beach, but tucked away from the main traffic area, Albergo Annabella was a perfect retreat from the busy beachfront. The room was recently renovated and very clean and the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful to use during our stay. I would happily return for a stay at this property or recommend any family friends or acquaintances to stay in the future.

This is such a perfect place in Portofino. You can walk to everything, but the hotel itself is very quiet. I loved how clean, spacious and comfortable this room was. I couldn’t reserve parking in time, but found free parking a couple blocks away. I would absolutely recommend this place and stay there again!

Great hotel 🏨

The hotel was in a good location for the centre of town and the sea front - excellent value for money - friendly staff - comfortable refurbished room with a great shower. We will definitely stay here again when we’re visiting our relatives nearby…thank you !! Our only grumble was being totally ripped off by a taxi which the receptionist booked for us - we were charged €25 for a 5m journey to the station - we would normally have walked but it was raining heavily.

Why is this not a 4 star hotel?!

I just don’t know why this hotel is not a 4 star hotel. It’s amazing ! Clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff is amazing too.

Location Spot

Positives were location near shopping, swimming, and transit plus good bed. Negatives were almost impossible to find a place to park, no shower curtain, no refrigerator, no view or balcony.

Great staff who helped with any issues and advice. There were a couple of issues that brought overall score down. The room didn’t have any curtains so let in street light during the night. The doors to the room were quite thin so everything in the corridors could be heard easily through the doors.

Great updated space. The only downside is the noise from people returning to their rooms late at night (you can hear people talking). Otherwise great place to stay and very helpful staff.

Parfait !

Très beau séjour, le personnel est super ! Je suis également satisfait de la chambre, je la recommande. Il se situe à proximité de la ville et des restaurants, à seulement 5 minutes à pied, tout comme de la mer à seulement 5 minutes.

Hôtel propre mais décevant sur certains points. L’établissement est propre, c’est un bon point. En revanche, il est assez loin de la plage, contrairement à ce que laissent penser les photos. Pas d’eau offerte dans la chambre, un seul café disponible, et très peu de savon fourni. Cela manque de petites attentions de base. Heureusement, le personnel est vraiment très gentil et accueillant, ce qui a rendu le séjour plus agréable.
