"Friendly staff and good room for people with mobility issues. The cooked breakfast was really good. I was disappointed to hear that they’re stopping food in the hotel as the food was good and it will only be continental breakfast although the pastries were lovely but when you go away a cooked breakfast is always good the next morning."

"Good selection of drinks in bar. All staff efficient and friendly. My diet was catered for with particular items purchased for my breakfast. Room was cosy and comfortable. Loved the selection of LPs and record player in room."

"The room.was big we had a good sleep. It was spotless ,the beddings and towels were all white as snow i had a great sleep.My bbay also enjoyed her bed"

"We have stayed here a couple of times now and love it here. Rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean with some of my favourite toiletries in the bathroom and Tunnock biscuits for a snack. Breakfast is hot and tasty with cereals and a varied choice for breakfast from a full Scottish fry up to pastries, French toast and porridge to name a few. I chose the pancakes with banana and syrup and there were devine. Plenty of tea and coffee too. We had lunch on the Friday prior to checking in - fish and chips and steak pie - both delicious. Staff are always genuinely friendly, cheery and helpful here and are a credit to the hotel with particular mention to John in the bar and Rose in reception. Thank you for another wonderful stay. Can’t wait to come back. "
