Very clean and quiet place. Easy parking, and close to everything.
Breakfast includes fruit, cereal, coffee, and tea. Nothing fancy—just simple, which was exactly what we needed.
Don’t hesitate, just stay here!

We stayed 5 nights in total. We were pretty happy with our stay. One of our room had nice park view and very comfortable. The other room had some ants but also comfortable. The hotel didn't have reception all the time but phone contact was easy and check-in had no issue.
If we came back to Launceston we would like to stay again.

The staff at Elphin villas are awesome. The lady at reception was so welcoming and provided a wealth of information about all local attractions as well as maps and brochures. She also answered all of my questions and was so friendly. The accomodation was of a high standard and clean. I would highly recommend this location for short or long stays.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Only one tiny problem when one side of the electric blanket didn't work but then that can happen anywhere. There were extra blankets so we were able to be warm. We reported it and management were going to fix it straight away. Great atmosphere and facilities, and we enjoyed the "away from the city" environment. It is nice there are still affordable places to stay for families.
