"Orbitz didn't specify that the room I booked was for male only. So upon the check in, they said I had to get the only available room which was smoking room and paid more. Felt like got ripped off because Orbitz already used all of my Orbitz bucks on this reservation. The hotel is more like apartment building located FAR from central Tokyo. Exactly 1 hour from Shibuya station. It's close to Aoto station, which runs by other company that is not Toei Subway or JR, so ended up paying more for train...

"The property is set on a great location, 5 minutes from a train station and a bus station. The staff were very friendly and professional. The housekeeping department are the rock stars of the Hotel. Amazing attention to detail and willing to help and listen to your concerns or requests. Different breakfast options and also dinner options at their Sky View restaurant located on the 24th Floor. The only set back is that they don't have a Laundry Room, there is a coin Laundry located about 4 minutes from the property that is open 24 hours."
