"The room was tiny, the best part was the high water pressure of the shower. Room service was good, and cleaners were helpful and courteous. The check-in staffs were helpful and friendly, prepared and ready to help. The washing facilities were good for long term visitors. It would be great if the hotel bus service can be extended before 10am and beyond 6pm. The two lifts could be a constrain as it could be slow during high peak hours. Overall, I had little complaint. "

The hotel is surrounded by great shopping, restaurants, and local attractions, yet still feels comfortable and relaxing. The staff were welcoming and professional, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.
