"Lauren’s Crib was a cute and cozy studio. The room was complete with a TV, microwave, AC, Wi-Fi and fan. The host was also wonderful with communication and provided clear and timely check in instructions. The area itself seemed quite safe. There were security guards who let us in. The building was quiet and peaceful. Also the location seemed convenient as it was right next to a SM Hypermarket. My only issues were the leaking sinks and the poor bathroom design. "This is one of the best accommodation values while staying in the BGC area. It is, however, important to manage expectations regarding the type of accommodation the hotel offers. This is a no-frills hotel ideal for those who do not plan to spend much time in their hotel room. The room is clean and comfortable, offering basic amenities. It offers a laptop table and a mini fridge. There is a safe that could store a 14-inch laptop. It could also take a 16-inch laptop if you prop one side up with a 2-inch thick object, like a book. The hotel offers top-notch staff service- from the FD staff who fully explain to you the hotel's policy on room cleaning and amenities to the security guards and the lobby assistants, who are all engaging and eager to provide information and assistance with your luggage and other requirements."

"The staff attending my check-in was under training. He seemed poised and a quick learner. He will be an excellent FD staff member in due time and will learn to take check-ins as an opportunity to showcase the hotel. I was assigned a room with a door that creaks when you try to open it fully. It was also missing drinking glasses and a pillow. I suspected that the room had been stripped of some amenities to meet an emergency need for another guest. The rest of the room was as good as I expected, and the aforementioned issues did not bother or inconvenience me. I feel assured the deficiency did not represent the overall hotel quality. It should, however, be part of the FD training to ensure that rooms like mine are not assigned to a guest, especially during periods of less-than-full occupancy."

"Dirty sheets. Dirty toilet and shower. No hand soap or hand towels. Charged me extra 1500 with no provided extra bed for extra person. Location is not ideal and surroundings is dirty. Parking is 150 per night and not easy to get in and out. I have stayed in Bulacan and Olongapo hotels and this is by far the worse hotel."

"The place is in the middle of BGC which made it easy for us to go around. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. The room was clean but the bathroom door cannot be closed properly, and there is water that comes out of the bathroom tile every time we step on it. Something that the hotel can fix, I think. There’s no Room Service after 11pm. All in all, the hotel is good enough for a short stop."
