The room was very spacious. Excellent service all around. By day 2 the doorman knew me and would have a bottle of water and towel ready for after my run. Beautiful old building with all the mod cons would definitely stay there next time

The Four Seasons Hotel on George St, Sydney is excellent for location, comfort, luxury and service. We used the hotel spa and facilities before check in, and our room was ready early which was a bonus. The room was beautifully renovated- nice decor, very comfy bed and luxurious soft white linen, and west facing view toward the harbour bridge. The hotel service was very efficient and we received a small treat and message for the birthday being celebrated. Highly recommend FS for a luxury city...

We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well equipped, nothing was overlooked. The nightly delivery of handmade fudge was such a thoughtful and luxurious touch that made us feel genuinely pampered. Having Horizon Club access really elevated our experience. I have to say we have travelled to many places over the years and this is the nicest hotel room we have ever had. It appeared to have everything you could need and comfort as well. The staff were lovely, shout out to Kevin who assisted me with a payment issue. This Hotel Is attached to the Star, with light rail underneath and is also only a short walk to Pyrmont Bay ferry. I definitely intend to stay here again :)

My go to hotel in Sydney and I’m often there. Best sleep hotel. But the mini bar was removed??

Not a good experience with the QR codes in the table, communication was not clear around unavailable foods. Took an hour and a half to solve. Lady serving, Maria in the kitchen; top notch service. Thank you Maria.

I recently stayed at the Tank Stream Hotel in Sydney and had an excellent experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly.

We stayed in the apartment room, which had a washer and dryer. The bed was very comfortable, and the whole room was beautifully presented. Very close to train and bus connections.

Great hotel, lovely rooms and amenities. Brilliant location close to restaurants, cafes and circular quay. We would absolutely stay again.

We just had a over night stay at the Pullman at Mascot, we flew in from Perth via Melbourne to Sydney, and boy where we glad when we arrived, after a big delay in Melbourne. Corner room on the 11th floor over looking Kingsford Smith, and being a plane nut, wow oh wow. Simon & Sean

I arrived early and was told my room was ready and that I could check in immediately for no extra cost. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed dinner in the Song kitchen restaurant, it was pleasant and affordable. Restaurant staff were friendly and professional. I was impressed with my overall experience at Song Hotel, and in particular the outstanding customer service I received.
