"Stayed here many times over the years previous to Visy and have never paid for parking, I understand to charge if workers from nearby buildings were using but hotel guests should not be charged. The hotel is years overdue for an update, the hallways smelt and very run down. There was a fire alarm went off at midnight waking all from their sleep and it appeared that only one night manager on duty and one security guard, they both appeared to be “lost” and giving NO direction to anyone. The culprit for the alarm was a male in a room smoking. We didn’t even bother to stay for breakfast as couldn’t wait to leave. The second worst hotel I have stayed in and the actually worst in Hawaii was due for demolition - this should be on the list for this hotel."

"Shower and toilet had to step up into people should be told about this as being an elderly woman would have preferred a level open for saftey.thought breakfast could have been better if cooked things were hot not lukewarm."

"Great sized room for the cost. Pool and gym on site as well. Unfortunately at 10:45pm on my stay the fire alarm was set off ffor an unknown reason. I made my way down to reception where other guests were but there was no direction or communication from staff. No idea what happened or why it was going off or if there was a legitimate fire threat present. The fire brigade came out to assess and deactivated the alarm and said it should be fine to return to rooms but again no idea what the incident was in the first place and I left early the next day to a job so had no communication with staff. Thought this could’ve been handled a little better as safety is important. Other than that, room was tidy, clean and central."

"We found the area fantastic as close to train and nice places to eat. Bathroom needs a better clean and a few thins broken but staff are amazingly friendly and overall I would stay again. "

"Easy location just off the M1 motorway. Clean comfortable rooms (they do need a Reno). Fantastic resturant"

"Our room was in excellent condition (serviced by Pasang, house keeping team member). We preferred the underground secured parking which we purchased for a small fee. Our Studio Apartment was very clean and spacious with good amenities. There is secured access to our floor and parking basement. Reception staff was also very helpful."
