The apartment is light & bright, with airy crossflow and windows in every room. The living room has a powerful air conditioner that cools the entire apartment, it's perfect for summer!
In the master bedroom, overlooking Springfield Park, you have a quality queen sized bed, fitted with luxurious linen, perfect for a good nights sleep! You have beautiful floor to ceiling glass doors that allow you to bring the outside in! There is a large wardrobe, perfect for the executive traveller or family. There is also a ceiling fan installed to help with those hot summer nights, and allow perfect cross ventilation.
The kitchen is fully equipped if you wish to cook, or step outside the front door to some of the best dining and bars Sydney has to offer. For breakfast, we would highly recommend "Room 10" which is 3 buildings up, and on the left of the ally way. If you head down to Rushcutters Bay Park (5 minute walk) - Black Bay Cafe on the corner is fabulous and done great breakfast specials.
The bathroom is modern and well equipped. We will provide you with towels, bathmats, hand towels and organic natural products for your stay (Organic Care brand).
You are next to the best Potts Point and Sydney has to offer! Live amid café culture, dining, bars & village shopping. Close to the Harbour, Opera House and an easy 15 min walk to the city centre, you cannot find a better location.
The apartment is situated in an art deco building on the second floor and does not have a lift. The open plan space is equipped with a smart TV and WiFi. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay in Sydney.
Street parking is limited (1 hour free) and/or ticketed but you are walks away from major transport. Kings Cross Station is only 300 metres away - this will get you to almost anywhere you could possibly want to go in Sydney!
THINGS TO KNOW
*Parking - We have a parking spot located in Earl Place, Springfield Avenue. You can rent this out for $20 a day. Please let us know before your arrival if you need a parking spot. There should also be no vehicle higher than a land cruiser.
*This apartment is kid and infant friendly and we provide a travel cot, however we do not provide the linen. The cot is in the bedroom cabinet for you to set up. We do not have a highchair.
*Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
*The keys are picked up from our partner concierge which is about a 5 minute walk from the home.
* Should you need the 2 single beds to be converted into 1 double, please let us know upon booking so we can organise this for you!
*You are booking an apartment in the middle of the City’s vibrant nightlife with a colourful community that is buzzing with music and social gatherings. You are a 3-minute walk to Kings Cross train station, one one-minute walk to some amazing bars and restaurants, as well as being located next door to a backpacker hostel. There may be some outside noise from neighbouring buildings, shops or restaurants.
*There are cameras in the foyer of the building, but not inside the home. This is normal for Sydney apartments and is for the safety of the residents as well as guests! Rest assured, it will not have any affect on your privacy!
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*Street improvement works on Springfield Lane and Earl Street will begin on first week of May 2025 and will run for about 3 months (Mon–Sat, daytime hours). Expect some machinery noise, temporary parking restrictions, and minor changes to pedestrian access.
*Please note that our unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator in this building.

* All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security.
* Max 4 overnight guests, 2 day visitors, 6 people total at any time.
* Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).
* Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.
* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.
* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).
* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.
