"As soon as we arrived we were concerned of where we were staying as the outside of the property was very run down. When we got to the rooms, we were disappointed with how run down and untidy the room was kept. The bathroom had so much mould and the bedding had stains and hair throughout the sheets. If you are planning on parking, l would suggest not to as the parking lot is not big enough to even get your car out of the parking spaces. We had an early hospital appointment and had to end up walking at 5am as there was no way to get your car out due to the carpark not being big enough to accommodate with the amount of cars parked in there. Very disappointing"

"Staff were helpful. Place is old, run down and in need of an upgrade. My room (a queen) was tiny, had obvious water damage stains on the ceiling & dirty marks on curtains. The added-on "pod" style bathroom involved a considerable step up to enter. A kettle that had to be filled at the bathroom sink, iron & ironing board and a TV with poor sound were in the room. I had to eat in their foyer area dining area as there were no other options nearby except McDonald's. My food was just adequate. This will be my last visit."
