"The staff are friendly and it is conveniently located. My room was clean however the overall decor is a little run down. The breakfast was ok not the best, but happy there was a restaurant."

"We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. "

"A lovely welcoming B&B just outside the centre of Norwich with plenty of parking space! Breakfast is pre-ordered and is excellent. Beds a very comfortable and the service is discreet but warm and friendly. Rooms are cosy, clean and homely. We are definately going to stay here again next year- they are not closing, we checked!! "
