"First of all, Michael at the front desk was excellent. Polite, professional and very informative. All staff interactions were very pleasant. My love, Dave Gleason and I have come here this week for the last 4 years to celebrate our anniversary and it never ever disappoints. This was the first year we had a walk-out courtyard room and it was amazing. The door is a little difficult to slide but it's an old hotel after all. The location is perfection. We look forward to returning year after year. "

"They text you before you arrive which is really helpful because you get to ask for anything specific that you want for the room or update your reservation so I was able to ask for extra pillows and when I checked in it was beautifully set up with lots of soft additional pillows!
