"Location was great! Close to the beach and only 7 minutes from downtown Newport. Our room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the beach. The only downside I found was that TV could be a little bit bigger but no biggie and when you walk in the building it smells like cigarettes even thought they tell you not to smoke. Our room didn’t smell like smoke thank God! But overall great experience "
