I thought the hotel had excellent and kind staff. I loved the 24/7 front desk since I was traveling alone. They were very attentive to me as I had an emergency emerge. The room was immaculate and smelled good when I arrived.I liked that there were no carpets. The breakfast was perfect and I felt my car was safe. The price was competitive. Excellent experience.

The rooms are pretty old and could use some upgrades. The shower walls were dirty and had hair on them. The bed was comfortable. It’s an alright place to stay if you’re just looking for a place to sleep.

After our long drive, we were very happy to be able to walk across the parking lot to the 99 Restaurant for a good meal and to relax. This hotel isn't fancy but it was clean and comfortable and just a short drive to/from the Xfinity Center for the concert we were there to see. And the TV remote worked better than the one in our fancier Boston hotel room a few weeks earlier.

I was looking for a place to stay relatively close to downtown Boston at an affordable price for one night. The inn is about 45min-1 hour away. Obviously not a 5-Star Hotel, but 5 stars for what the inn is advertised to be. The staff was nice, the breakfast sufficed, and the room was comfortable. The only minor inconvenience for me was that I had booked the room with the jacuzzi and had a bit of trouble turning on the jets. One staff member did not know how to turn it on, one gave me the wrong directions, but another was able to help out accurately. A recommendation would be to leave directions in rooms that contain one. Other than that, I had no complaints.

Overall, this place was okay. There was black hair in many places (bed, towels, shower). The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and there wasn’t any body wash. The deadbolt was also almost fully off the door… Staff seemed nice when we checked in and out. We literally went there to sleep and left bright and early. Breakfast wasn’t the best so we ended up just going to a local cafe instead. I think we went early for breakfast and so not everything was set out. The room and hallways also had a gross smell.

The room was spacious but the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Also the water wouldn’t turn fully off so there was a constant faucet on. The walls/doors were thin so you could hear everything. It was a decent stay overall.

Service at the desk was fast with check in. Rates were better than ideal. Room smelled clean and bedding was fresh. Breakfast in the morning had multiple options and was hot and fresh. Overall one of my best stay experiences, and I’ve stayed in lots of various hotels over the years. Quality was that of many luxury suites but far less expensive. Room has all the basics you could need without that ghetto grime and dirt vibe other places in the price range give off. Loved the hot waffles. Location convenient for going to large events at xfinity center, coming from this direction to and from there, has almost no traffic if you avoid getting on the highway and instead drive through town. Just an FYI for future events.
