"Average. This property needs to finish the little details in rooms that are not completed. Refresh painting on ceiling and walls. Need new toilet (I had to hold the handle for about 45 seconds to have a complete flush…annoying. The parking is not adequate at entrance. The hotel needs to inform guests about the specifics amenities and deficiencies about rooms at check in. This hotel’s housekeeping never cleaned my room-I stayed two nights. This hotel is all smoke and mirrors. I give it a rate of 2.5 stars. It has potential to be greater. "

"We arrived at the hotel and immediately started experiencing issues with the equipment in the room. Phones did not work to be able to call the front desk, internet on TV did not work, and A/C did not work. The first night stay was terrible because we were literally hot all night. I went to front desk about these complaints so they moved us to another room. However, in this room we left out early at 7:00am and I stopped by front desk to notify them we were going out and would like our room services as far as clean towels, wash clothes, hand towels and bedding changed. When we arrived back to the room about 10:00pm at night the room was not services even upon request. I called down to the front desk with these concerns and was told no one is available to service the room. This was very upsetting because after being gone so long there was no excuse it should have been still the same. The most uncomfortable thing that happened was the hotel power went out. I woke up to completely dark room and it was out for majority of the night. Which means we were hot and uncomfortable two nights which means we were uncomfortable and hot for two nights straight there. This experience was very bad and really upsetting."
