"I was locked out of my room at 10 at night because my access card was prematurely deactivated. It took roughly 20 to 30 minutes for someone to correct the issue. They do not allow the tenants to back their cars in. I received a ticket warning for backing my car in. Never heard of a rule like that before. The air conditioner worked however it was hanging off of the wall and made a hideously loud noise went on"

"Apps on the tv didn't work plus there was no internet connection, limited selection of food and drinks at the bar, limited customer service."

"Great host, great location, great home! We had a wonderful experience! This home is so spacious and so very clean!!! The only problem we had was the battery in the lock died while we were there and we got locked out. I messaged the Host and they had it repaired immediately!!! Could not have asked for better!!! Hope to stay here again one day!!! "

"The first room they put is in had a hole in the wall where you could see into the room next door. They changed our room and it was ok. We started getting ready for dinner, my daughter started to blow dry her hair with the hair dryer provided by the hotel. It caught on fire. We had to unplug it and blow it out. We had been traveling allot and were very tired and slept in past check out time. I was pleasantly surprised no one was beating on our door. I went up front to let them know we would be staying for a while as my husband had just taken a job in Winder and we would be staying until we found a home. I was then told since i was going to be an extended stay i needed to change rooms, yet again. The room I reserved was their largest king room that they have advertised on expedia. She tried to move me to a smaller room. Without any type of other furniture, just the bed. I told her that wouldn't work. I didn't understand why we had to move rooms anyway. She ended up putting us in a room on the outside of the courtyard. The door had been pried opened at one time. The stucco on the wall near the door handle was all busted and the door didn't always shut all the way. The room itself was very dirty. I moved the bed one day because I had lost the remote control to the tv. After moving the bed I truly got to see how poorly kept these room were. There was a busted glass drug smoking pipe, covered in a white residue. Sticky black stuff everywhere. I cleaned it up. There's so much more "

"Spotless, smoking room, no burn marks or on any bedding. Smells like no one smoked in the room. Management awesome and went Above to accommodate me and my Mother dying of Colon cancer. She just had Radiation treatments "

"Everything great! No complaints! We spent the night before at a Motel 6 in South Carolina totally disappointed. Breakfast was toast and warm coffee. Quality Inn in Pennsylvania was excellent so we changed our Plans from another place here in Suwannee to Quality Inn here and glad we did! Highly recommend! "
