The food was limited and not that good. Early morning cockroaches in the room when you turn the light on. Staff were amazing. Tried their best curry was the worst. Room cleaners made the beds excellent. Pool very exposed

Attention to detail were lacking in the cleanliness of the room I stayed in. Saying that, the hotel staff were outstanding with their service.

The stay at tanoe was alright i wouldnt say perfect. The only person that was doing anything was deepika. Room conditions were alright. Cleaning staff did a good job. One experience to share while dining for lunch a unknown person walked in wishing us happy new year and was selling products. That right there is unacceptable as we never know who or what that person can be accapable of. Staff and security allowed this to happen. Security needs to alert one particular person was seen on their phone and werent paying attention as who comes and goes. Breakfast was alright just need to lay attention when to remove old food or open packets away. We were charged for services that we didnt get. We ordered a drink and it was not available but we got charged we retified it with deepika and she made the correct adjustments. Also they need to update their room service menu as they did not have half of the things that was listed. Which is misleading to its guest.Overall it was an okay experience

I was not allowed to check-in early and leave my bags by one staff member but when checkin at 3pm, I was told I could have checked in early and dropped bags but I was denied that opportunity. There is apparently different levels of training of staff. Suggest full training of staff. Breakfast was bit off. It was confusing as there was no note or message that we can order from kitchen like eggs etc. i didnt feel free to order anything as it was controlled heavily by staff. We have to order via staff member and not directly with chef. Rooms were renovated and was amazingly clean and nice.

Recommend this hotel
I recommend this hotel. Easy walk into Suva central. Reception workers were so helpful. They found out the bus timetable and the cost for us They always greeted us with a smile and sorted out the taxi on our departure. Room clean and comfy. Buffet breakfast was delicious and dinner was good and at a reasonable price

Very happy with our stay here
The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. Our room was as pictured online so no disappointment there, and the bathroom is pretty cool! Happy Hour in the bar is about 3.5 hours long with some pretty sharp specials, which we availed ourselves of. The bed, shower and free wifi were all spot-on (3 of my top criteria) and overall I'd highly recommend this hotel, and would stay there again.

Limited breakfast choices and coffee is yukky Laundry charges are overly pricey Bad air con...at 18 degrees cool temperature, we were boiling and sweating and when advised front desk,. They just apologized for the service :(

The staff and service are extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! And they offer the required RAT testing right at the hotel which is super convenient. Rooms are great, and location is convenient.
