Very average for it’s price range,do not consider this for the pool ,it is small and for the fours days it appears that they rent it out to instructors for children’s swimming lessons which leaves little space in the pool.The included breakfast was the most disappointing that I have seen.I travel a lot cold hard boiled eggs were the only choice for eggs and all the rest was not appealing.Other guests were negatively comenting on the lower quality as it seemed quite substandard.

Building looks good from the outside...we have stayed in many BW hotels on this trip and in the past but this location offered minimum service. all day and all night all you could hear was doors slamming and hallway conversation....the space under the door was at least 1 inch...all noise amplified ...AC/heater not working and loud ...

We booked this hotel for the pool as we are traveling with children. At check in there was no mention of the pool being refilled and out of commission. We made due with the hot tub and sauna. As for cleanliness, when I crawled into bed my pillow was clearly not changed. There was mascara and makeup all over the back of it.

We have stayed at this property 3 times as it is close to our Son & 2 small grandchildren...this stay was the worst! we were on the 1st floor but for 5 nights the people above us partied until after midnight with doors closing & kids running around in the room so it is very poorly insulated for sound!!! Sadly we have noticed that the property is getting rundown over the last yr of staying there... as this stay the hair dryer didn't work & the shower tap doesn't stop work properly... the ice machine was broken ...the hot tub was out of order the very small pool had swimming lessons from early morning until late afternoon so we are only allowed to use 1/2 the pool :( So over all... for over $200/night with all the extra tax & fees & homeless people in the parking lot... it's not worth the Money! From now on we will stay at a hotel with a full pool for the kids & better amenities that all work! very disappointed!!

Room needs updating. Linens are spartan, not much selection on TV, shower needs a handheld wand, bottled water for coffee machine would be nice. Breakfast was better than expected and the breakfast room itself was nice. The Sauna ceiling is caving in, the hot tub was out of service, the rinsing shower by the pool didn't work but the pool was nice. All in all a little disappointed.

Staff were very friendly. Location good. Parking easy. Breakfast room food cleared away a half hour earlier than we were told it would be. Bed was horrible.
