"Lamps are falling off the walls with exposed wires ( fire hazards) the bathtub isn’t sealed around the base the table is being held up by the chair there are zero fire extinguishers on the building (major hazard) the lock for the door is held on by silicone and the screws that were used are entirely to big there is holes in the walls the door frame is cracked as if the door was kicked in at one point the floors are disgusting there is writing on the mirror the towels had someone else’s hair all over them. The tv did not work for the first hour and a half the pool is absolutely filthy and freezing cold the customer service is horrendous he tried to charge me without telling me my total he didn’t welcome us he was just on a personal phone call he didn’t give us directions to our room he just said “upstairs” and walked off we had to walk around until we found it.. I would not recommend staying here. In fact I will be calling the city and fire department and requesting an inspection to be done for all the hazards… I want a full refund"

"Updated, good location plenty of restaurants nearby. Negative: they charge twelve bucks for the poor quality breakfast. "

"The Falls was the kid’s favorite spot during the day. Made good use of the pickleball courts in the evening and the family pool for a later dip in the water. In-room service was great. Everyone was helpful an attentive. Great overall!"

"This is NOTHING like the photos on here. NOTHING is clean or safe. The staff all have bad attitudes because they know how bad the place is! Any place that makes you inspect the room BEFORE you check in and pay already knows they are crap. There hasn't been a pool for over a year and they don't plan to fix it. There are homeless living in the parking lot. The room was gross. The tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. There was a big gap under the door and around the door frame. There were barking dogs in one of the rooms being lived in. The filter on the room air conditioner was filthy. And there was a roach crawling in the bathroom."

"LOVED: bathrobe in room, fridge, water (both still and sparkling) available on all floors!, fabulous workout room, two great pools and grounds were lovely, plush towels, comfy beds, blackout drapes, quiet, private deck, coffee and grab and go-bar near pool, lunch options, great large shower and shower head. Staff is super friendly and helpful TO KNOW: $25 a day to park, no mini splits so air coming on and off can impact some light sleepers (me), food in restaurant (and drinks) very overpriced. Otherwise, it was a top-notch escape!"
