"This property was amazing in every way. We were able to bring our dog. I have never stayed at a house where everything is provided, from shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, towels, sheets, beach chairs and boards, etc. The back yard was a wonderful surprise. We had a fantastic time!"

"We visited when it was unseasonably cold and no one checked if the heat was on. The owner was very helpful assisting us, but the unit in the primary bedroom was broken. We only used the first and second floors. The place is well equipped. FYI, two king beds are fairly firm. We appreciated the desk and chair for remote work, a rarity in many rentals. One thing to note, they are building other homes blocking much of the view in the pictures. However, the location is great and the house is very close to the beach, good access and location."

"The things that stood out- the house was very clean, organized, well stocked with everything like towels, utensils, laundry soap, toilet paper, and not the cheap toilet paper very good toilet paper. The beds/pillows were comfortable. The sheets were nice. All the little things that add up were much appreciated."

"This is our second stay in this property and our fourth stay with Host Ted. The kitchen is well equipped to host family gatherings during the holidays and there is plenty of beds for all guests. We had wonderful weather and enjoyed watching dolphins almost daily. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. Ted is extremely responsive and made certain we had baby gates, and high chairs and pack-n-plays for 2 babies. We would recommend staying in this home. "

"Perfect amount of space, wonderfully appointed in the kitchen for a Thanksgiving meal, and fantasic location. Kevin was welcoming and super accessible. Everything in the place was exactly as described and in fact better than we anticipated. We would absolutely stay again!"

"We met Amy and she was great. The house and location worked wonderful for us. We stayed here with our entire family including our paraplegic sister who is in a wheelchair and the elevator was incredible for her. The house is so close to the beach you are able to walk over. Amazing!"
