"The very first time I have stayed at a home in Topsail where I did not encounter any palmettos....so happy! The home was very clean and organized. It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony and just enjoy the ocean. It was a nice 10 minute walk to the coffee shop in the morning, and my favorite local restaurants. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone that prioritizes cleanliness above all. Also, all communication was prompt and helpful. "

"This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. We loved it… you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. "

"I am 66 years old and this was my most enjoyable stay at a beach EVER. From the responsiveness and thoughtfulness of the host (he deserves 6 stars!) to the location (pretty much a private beach) with the ocean right at our doorstep, practically. Ocean views from 3 bedrooms close enough to hear crashing waves! Not only were linens provided, but the kitchen and baths were generously stocked with everything you need except the food you would cook in the fab kitchen!! Our chef was enthralled! Even the assortment of beach chairs and umbrellas provided were high quality. The cherry on top was the elevator for my friends who have walking challenges. There are lots of steps so it made their visit (and bringing in luggage) so enjoyable. Can’t wait to book this place again! And the dogs loved it too!"
