Located just a few minutes' drive from the village and the beach, or a short walk to the beach, this home offers convenience with easy access to Noosa and Coolum, both just a 10-minute drive away.

Featuring four bedrooms, including one downstairs with an ensuite bathroom, this home provides ample space for everyone. The downstairs area also includes a play area for children, ensuring entertainment for the whole family.

The highlight of this home is the large entertaining deck at the back, where you can spend countless hours dining, reading, and relaxing. The private and fully enclosed yard boasts a lush grass area perfect for play, as well as a basketball court for added enjoyment.

While the garage is not available for guest use, there is off-street parking for up to four cars. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted on the property.

A Very Comfortable Stay

Our family of 6, with adult and teenage "children" enjoyed our stay immensely. The property is very spacious, and having Wifi and Netflix included was a special bonus for our older children. The house was cleaned well and all the appliances were of great quality. We'd love to stay again.

Perfect honeymoon stay

Really enjoyed our stay here and the property was wonderful and had almost everything we needed. It was clean and tidy and in the perfect location. We were disappointed that there were no sun loungers around the pool as we spent almost every afternoon by the pool. There was also a few wooden panels round the pool that need some attention as they were sticking up, other than that it was the most ideal place for us to enjoy and we really didn't want to leave x

Peregian holiday home

The property was far nicer than the photos gave credit to . The double bedroom downstairs needs a lot more attention to make it as comfortable as the bedrooms upstairs, not very nice at all 😒

Walking distance to the beach

I stayed in the house for 10 days and absolutely loved it. The house had all the creature comforts and was a 10 minute walk to the beach. Would stay again for sure!
