On the top level, you'll find two bedrooms including the master suite, complete with a walk-through robe and ensuite bathroom featuring a spa bath for ultimate relaxation.
Downstairs, two additional single bedrooms await, along with an adjoining rumpus/TV room with a sofa bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests or providing a space for entertainment.

Outside, the fully fenced backyard provides a safe and spacious area for your furry friend and the kids to play, ensuring fun for the whole family.

Amenities include air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, Netflix, two TVs, a DVD player, coffee machine, drinks fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, ceiling fans, outdoor furniture, and BBQ.

Accommodating up to 8 guests (maximum 6 Adults), with 2 queen beds, 1 single bed, 2 king single beds, and a sofa bed in the downstairs rumpus room (additional guest not included - extra linen charge), this home is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a coastal retreat. Linen and bath towels are included for your convenience.

The house was comfortable and nicely furnished externally and internally including the kitchen and kitchen utensils. Would stay here again.

Excellent Location

The location was brilliant. So close to beach & cafes etc. House was really good with a great view. A few maintenance issues need to be looked at e.g. loose fence palings, shed door hanging off and a piece of rusty metal in back yard. The pool is extremely deep which means there is no designated shallow end. A sign with pool depth needs to be on the fence as its dangerous if you are holding a small child and step off the bottom step. Unless you are about 6 feet tall you will be under the water.

Awesome location -

House in a great location but needs maintenance work. Back decking broke underfoot (quick repairs organised) and bathroom layout awkward for family groups. Internal and external ballustrading not child friendly as it is easily climbed.

Fantastic spot!

Absolutely fantastic location and property. Clean and homely. Just around the corner from all amenities and the dog beach which was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Ekka weekend wind down

Great accomodation. Everything we needed in walking distance. 2 minutes walk to dog friendly beach. Everyone happy and relaxed. Peregrian Beach our new favourite!

Clean and comfortable

We had a really nice week in a roomy and comfortable house. Everything was provided and we loved being almost next door to cafes and shops. Great view of the sea and beautiful to sit out with a cold beer in the afternoon. Only minor issue was poor quality linen so perhaps take your own. The back yard was quite messy and in need of some tlc. Overall a good property and we will definitely return
