Just a short 100-meter stroll takes you to the vibrant heart of Peregian Village, where boutique shops, cafes, and restaurants await, offering everything you need for a memorable stay.

The top level of our townhouse boasts an inviting open-plan living area, complete with a large east-facing balcony that showcases stunning ocean views. Relax and unwind in style as you enjoy alfresco dining with the provided BBQ and outdoor setting. Flowing seamlessly from the living area is a fully equipped full-size kitchen and dining area, featuring a six-seater setting perfect for shared meals and laughter-filled gatherings.

On the lower level, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. The second bedroom treats you to a charming back deck, ideal for basking in the warm afternoon sun and enjoying moments of tranquility.

Security is paramount, with an electric gate providing peace of mind, along with a remote-controlled garage on the ground floor and additional visitor parking within the gated area.

Our townhouse comes fully equipped with modern amenities to enhance your stay, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a range of appliances such as a microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. For entertainment, there's a flat-screen TV and ceiling fans throughout. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ invite you to make the most of the coastal lifestyle.

Please note that the rooftop is not accessible, but with so much to explore and enjoy nearby, you'll find plenty of reasons to stay grounded and savor every moment of your holiday escape.

Delightful getaway

Perfect location for a quiet family getaway. We love peregian beach and how beautiful the village is. The accommodation was perfect for our family a few extra stairs than anticipated but was great in every other way.
Stayed 7 nights in Sep 2023
