"Thank you for a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the open layout and easy access to outdoors / pool. Location was great for daily hikes up the hill at the nearby park, just 1.4 miles away. We loved the access to daily great challenging hill walks! Ventura blvd offers some great sushi, boutiques and coffee houses. "Wonderful for a family. It’s a remodeled older property in good condition. Lacks (required) whole house air exchanger so with seven people the bedrooms become very stuffy…must open windows. Overall it is quiet (5)3 next-door construction site is inactive.) It quite clean, but the paint is a little rough and the occasional escutcheon is missing, but we were generally happy."
