"We had a nice clean room that was comfortable. The dining room was very busy at night. Breakfast was good with a wide range of choices. Good service. Only had to wait for 10 minutes for the shuttle. Overall it was a good experience. "

"I love staying at Motel One but this stay has failed to get anywhere near the previous attempts. Room was very clean and effective but my requests was ignored and it said Bar/ lounge was 24 hours but staff said closes at 10pm then next they were serving at midnight #Confused"

"bedding and towels all very clean but the room it’s self needed a deep clean, dust everywhere, if you moved the bed the dust was thick, hadn’t been cleaned properly in a very long time. It’s as if they had taken loads of bookings and opened parts of the hotel that perhaps weren’t used on a regular basis"

"Really quite rude staff. Ignored by 2 x check in staff. He asked another colleague to do it and then did it himself. Appreciate they were busy, but no need for it"

"We have stayed here before and it was perfect. Unfortunately this time round it wasn't. The room was cold. We put the heating on which was switched off at some point during the night. Leading to me having excruciating pain. Then there was a huge amount of noise through the night above and at the side of us. I think we were place next to staff quarters or where they do work in the hotel. Didn't sleep at all and it was frustrating. But the Spa was amazing and Anastasia was brilliant."
