"Nice hotel with an Artsy Flair. The room was very clean and had an industrial vibe. Comfortable, relaxing, good shower. Nice bar in the lobby along with a nice breakfast kitchen and a gift market. Great location to Roosevelt row downtown area. Walk to all the nightlife and train is right out front for farther destinations. Very nice staff and service."

"Pool and front desk staff were amazing. The property itself could use a little clean up (paint, carpets, wallpaper) but all in all for the cost it was a great stay."

"The hotel room we stayed in could use a deep cleaning. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wish the pool was heated (January stay) when I called, they stated "it is heated". We ended up only using the hot tub. The grounds were very clean and well kept with beautiful mature palm trees and landscape. They also had a game/rec room next to pool. The other thing that seemed odd is that there were long term stays, almost like an apartment complex. Parking included and plenty of spots available."

"Eh, you can tell it's a little dated, along with the lack of other shopping centers. It was built in the 80s based on the pretty woman vibes it once had. Sheets were clean and a nice vintage entrance way. Staff was nice but can use improvement based on presentation and decorum. Breakfest is eh, overall it needs more natural light, new decor to be more modernized with new lights. The energy was a little off as the inside was gloomy and lackluster. It would've been nice back then but its time for new welcoming energy."

"The health club gym is pretty run down with older equipment from the 1990's. The weight room was being painted while I was there for the week. I spent over $3,100 to stay their for 8 nights so would have expected perks from the Hotel."

"This is a decent hotel with the ambience of a Holiday Inn Express not a Crowne Plaza! The lobby is much less elegant than shown in the pictures. There is a very small bar. Overall, this is not a very classy place and I wouldn't stay there again. "
