"The accommodations was very convenient to airport. We didn’t get to stay in hotel very much but we enjoyed the breakfast and the shuttle service was on time. The staff was very accommodating. Unfortunately we didn’t set up maid service but the staff supplied us with fresh towels anyway. Thank you Hampton Inn Boston-Logan Airport."

"Came into Boston to go to a Red Sox game since I was going to be picking up a boat near by. When I checked in I explained to the lady at the front desk that this was my first time in town and asked if I could get an upper floor room with a view. She gave me a look and said "I do my best". While walking away with my room assignment I saw that it was on the fourth floor of a 16 floor hotel. With hesitation I went up to the room hoping for a pleasant surprise, but unfortunately that didn't happen. I immediately called down and explained to someone else my request. They put me on hold and came back to tell me the bell hop was on their way with new cards for a room on the 16th floor with a great view of the ship yards. Thank you to the lady on the phone."
