The property is in a convenient location. Transposing very accessible, however, the hotel is not what I expected it. I requested a single standard with window and for a single standard with no window. When I addressed the issue the staff were trying to charged me all over again. After a conversation with the hotel and Expedia, the hotel staff decided that they were going to upgrade my room for a small charge. Even though, I got the upgrade It wasn’t as comfortable as I thought it would be. Regardless of the property overall rating, the staff were really nice. Although, I will not be going back to the same hotel if I ever visit Sweden again.

Mój pokój bez okna był straszny. Miał wymiary ok. 2,5mx2,5m. Nie było czym oddychać. Było tylko podwójne łóżko, które zajmowało prawie cały pokój. Łazienka do zaakceptowania, w wielkości połowy pokoju. Brak miejsca na bagaż, nie wspominając o jakiejkolwiek szafie, wieszaku. Czy tak małe pokoje mogą być udostępniane w hotelu trzygwiazdkowym? Czy żadna instytucja nie nadzoruje standardu pokoju? Jedna noc zepsuła nam wrażenia z pobytu w Sztokholmie.

Garage parking is terrible, you will for sure scratch your car unless yo are a very good driver. No fridge in room no extra floor towels. Night time you need to ring bell, we did six times but no one opened the door, i had to call the hotel by mobile to get the door open. The whole hotel is cheaply designd with minimum amenities. Not again.

Would definitely not do room w/o window.
The customer service was excellent, especially Angela. And breakfast was good. Location within walking distance of public transportation. However, we got a room with no windows to help us sleep. That was good....BUT there was NO air circulation at all. We were roasting in the room. They gave us a small fan but it wasnt enough.

The staff were superb , very friendly and helpful. Loved having a glass of wine and relaxing in the lounge area in the evenings. Breakfast was very good and set us up for the day. The hotel is a five minute walk from the nearest metro station , Stockholm is a great city to visit .

The breakfast was amazing, there is a great variety of options for everyone. I didn't like how tiny the room was, my key card would randomly stop working, the wifi didn't reach my room and I could hear every little sound in the hall way.

Had to book at the last minute and the front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was very small, like something in New York or Hong Kong, but still comfortable enough.

Although I specifically reserved 2 twin beds they refused this, so I spent 5 nights on an uncomfortable sofa bed. I asked if we could move to a smaller room but with 2 twins at any time during our stay. Again refused. Told manager that TV doesn’t even turn on, he never came to fix. He was generally rude the entire time. No refrigerator, no phone, no safe in the room. Very noisy rooftop bar. Extremely small shower that spread water all over the floor. They only come to clean if you ask at the perfect time.

In a good location with friendly staff and an ok breakfast (but could do with a bit more fresh fruit) and well cleaned. However, the room I had was a bit odd. I had booked one which I knew had no windows, which is fine, however the room did not have enough lights (having only 3 and 1 didn't work properly) making it very dark. It also had no air conditioning or a fan which given I didn't have a window wasn't great.

Good stay in a well located place, great breakfast
Breakfast supply was amazing, room was a good price and proportion (albeit internal!). Only thing that confused me was entry to the hotel which I could never seem to get right, too many buttons to press and nowhere to swipe a key card.

Nice place with breakfast to explore Stockholm.
Hotel has excellet location, nice lobby and excellet brakfast. Rooms are pretty small still ok. The issue is that I am not sure whether they were cleaned at all. During our stay our towels were not changed and bed linen too. We stayed 7 days. This is too much for this type of hotel. There was some sticker in the bathroom but washed out.

The whole stay was great. Location is awesome, breakfast was great. But the staff was on another level. Special mention needed for Axel and Fauzaho. Both these receptionists went out of their way to help our journey in Stockholm with great information and recommendation as well. Will be back for sure!

Exactly what we wanted
Staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely lobby and in a safe area. Slightly out of the centre but the metro is a 5 minute walk. 2 stops away from central station on the blue line. So easy to get everywhere without having to pay expensive price for a central location. We also got the flygbuss from the airport to the hotel which was about 40 minutes. So much cheaper than a taxi or the express train and stops about a 10/15 minute walk away from the hotel. Rooms are basic but clean which is all you need for a city break. We did pay slightly extra for a room with a window. Beds are comfy. Would definitely stay here again.
