"The room was clean enough for me to feel comfortable showering and placing my stuff on the floor, which are thinfs i rarely feel comfortable doing in a hotel. Apart from a small layer of dust on a shelf beside the bed the place was extremely clean. We felt safe and welcomed and were helped with smiles when we came across any problems. The only downside to the stay was just how warm the room was, however it was still not unbearable considering the heatwave and we were happy to have access to the air conditioned downstairs. I would highly recommend staying here ."

"The room was clean but a little dated (bathroom was tiles were something my nan had but it was okay) the feature wall is nice but the wood chip in the rooms give it a basic look. The building in reception and lobby is great. The bed was very comfortable but the pillow a little too soft for my liking."

"Short stay to see the Metallica gigs in nearby Stratford. The stag were nothing but helpful and friendly at all times. Nothing was to much bother especially when we had trouble finding parking when we arrived. As they state, parking is free but limited but they managed to find us a place. They were also helpful with advice and directions too. The rooms are somewhat small and ours didn't have Aircon but it did have a desk fan. The reception and dinning room are Aircon. The shower/ bathroom was very adequate and was used a lot over the recent very hot weather. The room itself has all your regular amenities you'd expect although we were pretty much only in the room for sleeping. I had breakfast, additionally at £8 a day, and was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Thank you to all the staff. A great stay."
