"I stayed here one night before an early flight from stanstead. The hotel is conveniently located about 5 min drive to the airport. The chap at front desk was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were both clean as was the shower. The room had tea making facilities and a hair dryer. The bed was not so good very bumpy, you could feel the springs, and parking is not free as stated I was charged £6. 50. Overall ok for a one night stay. "

"This is a very convenient place if you are working a Tradeshow at the Excel, it’s only a five minute walk. It is clean and they do have a restaurant and a bar downstairs. We had a bit of a mixup at the bar downstairs with pricing of some of the drinks. Just be clear about what you want and what you are actually paying for it."

"Swift and smooth check-in @ 1715 on a Frday evening. Allocated room quiet, as requested. TV not working - maintenance arrived and fixed it within 5 minutes. Evening meal adequate, if not a little expensive, but guests are a captive audience. Nice to have breakfast included in the price, and a 5 minute walk to Stansted terminal."

"We visited for the Comic Con weekend and we were all extremely happy with every aspect of our stay. The reception staff were very welcoming, the room was perfect for what we needed and was very clean. Whenever we came back at the end of the day the housekeeping team did a great job at making the room comfortable for our return. The bar and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful, nice variety of food for breakfast and dinners. Thanks very much for a really enjoyable weekend!"

"I choose this hotel as it was in close proximity to Excel. This was a special treat for my daughter's birthday & although the Hampton by Hilton next door was less than half & included breakfast to the Moxy i wanted to spend more as thought it must be better & looked great for youngsters. The room was extremely hot & we were unable to change the temperature control as this is controlled by the hotel. There is a sign saying if it's too hot in the room open the window which was a tiny opening. For the price i woukd expect a wardrobe, a safe, a telephone for room service as well as a clean bathroom. The bottom of the shower was very dirty & extremely small as well as the bedroom which had 2 small single beds. We stayed at the Hampton next door the next night & got two double beds, a much bigger room & superb bathroom, all the amenities you would expect in your room & this also included a very nice breakfast. Bearing in mind the Moxy cost almost double I can assure you I will not be staying in a Moxy again."

"Our room was very small for 2 people..only 1 foot gap at each side of the bed and approximately 2 foot at the bottom between the bed and a dressing table, shower tray was still unclean. Paid for breakfast but didn't realise they didn't serve bacon or any pork in general which for a Best Western in the capital of what is British surprised us..it should of been an option at least. Everything else..the comfort was good, the parking was convenient, it was quiet and all the staff that we met were absolutely lovely and couldn't of been more helpful so 5 star for them but 3 star for the hotel from us."
