Turned out to be the next day. So unable to wash, shower, or flush the loo. Staff didn't care. No housekeeping at all for a 2 day stay. After 1st night in hell. Beds were not made, bins were not emptied. Nothing "

"I'm a regular guest at the Southgate Hotel, and its my first hotel choice for the area it is always a consistently high standard. Staff are just great too - always a nice welcome. "

"The room was ok, but the bedding for the kids was organised on the floor. Air ventilation was v dusty, so anyone who stayed in the room had to inhale stale air. Spores/mould were significantly bad in the bathroom. People shower for cleanliness or to get infected with germs/bacteria? The outer and sitting area were nice."
