The Space:
Laze by the pool in the back yard of this stunning family home which exudes refined luxury and coastal charm. All eyes are drawn to the magnificent outdoor entertaining area with full-width alfresco patio and pool. *solar/electric-heated pool set to 26 degrees. Beautifully well-maintained landscaped gardens provide a fun outdoor space for children to play, while inside they will find heaps of fun activities, board games and movies to watch.

Upon arrival at this peaceful abode, you will be greeted by a calming colour palette that instantly slows you down and soothes your soul... Beachy blonde timber floors meet fresh white walls and oceanic décor, leading to the open plan kitchen and living zone. This north-facing hub provides plenty of space for family relaxation or a movie (Smart TV – Netflix connectivity). Ducted gas heating is provided throughout the home, while split system cooling is available in the living area and three bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The central kitchen with huge stone island bench provides a commanding position overlooking all the action. The kitchen features a 900mm oven, gas cooktop, fully equipped crockery and cookware, plus a combined butler's pantry/laundry with washing machine.

Easy access to the resort-style alfresco spells easy entertaining, and the perfect spot to watch the kids in the pool. Cook up a BBQ and enjoy meals at the 8-seater outdoor dining table, with an additional spacious and comfortable lounge seating area.

All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels, making your stay as pleasurable as possible. Please BYO pool/beach towels. Set at the front of the home with exquisite views of the adjacent reserve parkland, the spacious master bedroom has a King bed, walk-behind robe and ensuite. Three additional bedrooms (two with walk-in robes) have Queen beds and a Double base/Single top bunk. This wing is serviced by a central bathroom with bath, shower and vanity along with a separate powder room.

St Leonard’s Escape
A nearly new property with excellent amenities. Had nearly everything we needed in the kitchen which made cooking a breeze. The pool was perfect temp and enjoyed everyday. Wonderful park directly across the road for the kids and easy drive to the beach and supermarket. Will stay again.
