"It was a little dated, but the king size bed was like sleeping in a rock it took my back out after two days the last night we rented another room 2 twin beds the mattress was much nicer. The breakfast is good, pool is large and has long and late hours. But in weekends the do karaoke till late and it's loud. Overall a good choice for a decent price"

"I originally booked a room with 2 twin beds but upon arrival I asked if it was possible to upgrade to a suite. The process was really smooth and hassle free. And all of the staff, from front desk, to housekeeping, to the front door security: everyone was kind, helpful, and accomodating. "

Nice but can be noisy

"I wanted to like this place more than I did, especially because the staff we encountered were all friendly and the hotel was clean as expected for a place of this caliber and cost, but we had an entire evening where loud video karaoke was playing throughout for hours, from 7-8 pm until 11 pm, and it was all too easy to hear in the room the whole time. Impossible to escape from. It was frustrating that it was so incessant and carried on for so long, and it really sullied our one-night stay."
