Fairly clean but there’s an intermittent foul odor we dont know where it was coming from. We stayed in the lower ground/ basement roomPillows and towels may need a little bit of changing or deep cleaning bit smelly frim other users maybe. "Looks can be deceiving. Although comfortable and oceanfront, the value was not there. There was a TV in the room, but zero reception, the staff was very attentive except for the restaurant. Unfortunately there was a corporate team building event that dominated the restaurant leaving other guest to themselves. Do not plan on eating anywhere except for the hotel restaurant as there are no options. The restaurant food was below avergae and even when one of our dishes had a dead fly, the server seemed unphases and did not change out our meal. Breakfast was good, but severely overpriced. There is no WIFI as one expects these days...save your money, choose another lovation to visir"
