"I truly enjoyed my stay at Hilton Garden Inn in Jacksonville while vacationing with family. The location was great with lots of restaurants, shopping, and even a movie theater.
Also the staff was so welcoming and professional. I would absolutely stay here again "

"Not clean, towells smelled weird. Bath tub was dirty, and it flooded. I saw a baby roach coming out from under the bed, mattress way too soft. Sheets didn't seem clean."
