"I booked through Expedia about 2 weeks in advance ( May 25, 2026 ) our reservation were for June 9, 2026 - June 13, 2026. WHY would someone Not reach out and INFORM us of CONSTRUCTION happening at this particular site !!! Horrific. The staff members were nice and accommodating BUT THE NOISE NOISE NOISE. Machine noise starts early, elevator are BUSY. 2 elevators ( 1 marked for construction use ) and that particular elevator seem to be the ONLY one we could ever catch. Our last day there I was scold by a construction worker because I tried to enter "their" elevator. 😒 Scornful remarks: our newly renovated room had flickering lights, water that takes 10 minutes or so to warm up, fire sprinklers had missing ceiling rings. And the wall mounted toilet paper holder kept falling and swimming pool was out of order also. So you have to go next door to use the Marriott pool ( 2 creepy guys at that pool that morning and they must of had a party because the place needed cleaning )🙄 Bright Side : housekeeping staff were VERY FRIENDLY and ACCOMMODATING. ALSO a plus ; movies, restaurants are nearby. Walking distance. Stay away from the Mexican restaurant it's NOT worth your money."

"I arrived late, around 2:00 AM, and unfortunately the check-in experience was underwhelming. The receptionist was very quiet and provided little to no information about the hotel, amenities, parking, or general stay details. The parking situation was also unclear, as guests are required to park behind the marketplace area with minimal guidance. The exterior approach and main entrance were relatively clean and well-maintained; however, the elevator was noticeably dirty and worn, and the foyer outside the elevator felt neglected and uninviting. Housekeeping was consistently attentive—almost excessively so—but fresh towels were always appreciated. Unfortunately, the refrigerator contained food left behind by a previous guest when I checked in, and it was never cleaned out during my stay despite regular room service visits. As a result, I was unable to use the refrigerator. The room itself showed signs of deferred maintenance. The shower had significant rust and limescale buildup, and much of the furniture appeared to be a mix of outdated and heavily worn pieces that detracted from the overall experience. The most disappointing issue, however, was the presence of bugs. Near the end of my stay, I began noticing small bugs on the bed. Initially, I thought it was isolated to the sleeping area, but I later found them in the bathroom and shower as well. For a property operating under the IHG brand, especially at this price point, this was extremely disappointing."

"They charge you more than what your booking says. The pool is closed indefinitely, they dont serve any type of breakfast...not even coffee. The fitness center has 1 bike and 1 treadmill. They dont even have enough keys for the rooms. Staff had to keep letting us in our room because there was no keys available. Drugs and prostitution are rampant. Someone got shot in the hotel. Hallways and Laudry room are filthy. Not worth the money I spent"
