"Booked a lake view room and ended up with room 134. Windows were tint with a blurred out film and we got not see the lake. Lake view rooms are extra and I was very disappointed we had no view and lower level. SMH!"

"Staff was very friendly at the reception. The room was clean. However, it was incredibly humid, despite the fact that the AC was cooling well. It was to the point that clothes I brought in on a hanger felt damp and looked wrinkled after a while. When I commented about it, instead of a solution, I was told that “it does get humid around this time of the year”, and was there anything else that I needed. I have lived in Miami, FL, and Charleston, SC, and I understand humidity issues, which is the reason we have air conditioning, so being told that it gets humid around this time of the year is not an appropriate answer, especially that humidity outside was not overwhelming yet. "
