"The room is clean, however, the shower curtain stinks so bad that it was hard to even pee without being disgusted. Requested to get it changed and for some towels the next day. We got the towels but the shower curtain was not changed. Had to go back to the front desk. We stayed for 4 nights, they changed the shower curtain but didn’t even bother to clear up the 2 tiny waste baskets or tidy up the bed. Towels and sheets needs to be replaced. Ana, the Asian lady at the front desk is great...

The beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean. A new waterpark was being constructed during our visit.Sonora is close for shopping.Yosemite is a close scenic drive.A bowling alley and Dining at two locations are your options.This was our second time at Black Oak in six months."

"The only way the host would respond is when I contacted VRBO. The property was so filthy I wouldn't even bring my luggage into it. VRBO did NOTHING for me. I had to reverse the charges with my credit card, which they did after I showed them the awful pictures of the place. I will not consider VRBO again."
