We had great stay they upgraded my room to accommodate my request. It was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! The room was spacious and quiet with a great shower !

This was our first stay since the connection was completed and it's beautiful!! It's so much more convenient now, especially getting to the family floor from the casino. Super family friendly resort, tons of fun for all ages! We can't wait to come back again!

The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, once construction is finished it's going to be a great place for family fun. I'm reserving again just to enjoy the water park and pool with family

Best stay experience

Stayed with my two younger children with plenty for them to do at the resort. my parents and sibilings families also stayed they were able to accommodate all of us to be right next to each other which was very convenient. Room was very clean and overall very quite 👌 staff was helpful and will definitely be booking again for the summer to be able to enjoy the splash pad with the kiddos.

Black Oak Casino and Resort

Very nice Hotel with a beautiful outdoor pool and hottub. There is a nice restaurant in the Casino that is separate from the Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

Recommended stay. Excellent service.

Hotel was clean and welcoming The check-in service was quick and accurate, overall service was excellent. The property is under renovation and looks exciting with a new pool area and upgrades to the building. I look forward to staying at this property again and recommend it.
