"The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind and we ended up being able to park in the hotel parking lot, which was a nice surprise. The room definitely needed to be updated and didn’t match the photos (we had a huge shag carpet in our room over the original rug which was clearly used to cover a big stain but honestly really kind of gross). I wouldn’t say our room was all that clean but the bedding was spotless and the bed itself was comfortable. Location was fantastic, right across from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was standard (coffee was bad). Again, can’t state enough how friendly and helpful the staff were."

"Wish I could give more than 5 stars for the value for money for this beautiful house. We stayed for just under 2 weeks and we loved it. The location is excellent; very easy walking distance from the harbour, beaches, shops and restaurants. The house was well equipped, comfy and clean. The parking is close to the house and the hosts were brilliant at responding to messages (thank you!) Highly recommend a stay!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this studio apartment Harbour View Guest House St Ives. I really loved the location — it was perfect for exploring the area and everything was within easy reach. The service was excellent, the apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially appreciated how comfortable and cosy the place felt, which made my stay very relaxing. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Great property with an excellent location. Lisa was very helpful sorting out some issues at the start. It was clean but certainly no frills or additional extras. It’s only equipped with basic amenities for cooking. We had hoped to buy local produce and cook at home, but pans weren’t even big enough to make pasta for 2 adults and 2 children."

"Lovely holiday property in a perfect location. Our only suggestion would be to add a set of drawers where space permitted in the bedrooms for more storage space. Other than that, the property is a good size, has a Co-op around the corner and is a 5 min walk to the harbour, perfect!"

"Great location. Make sure to be clear about the parking and the steep steps. Was a bit on the tight side for all of us but the weather was amazing so we were outside most of the day and regularly in the evenings."

"Wir waren mit vier Personen plus Baby in diesem süßen kleinen Haus. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass das Sofa etwas größer wäre. Ansonsten haben wir uns in diesem Haus mit perfekter Lage sehr wohl gefühlt."
