Shrimp Cottage is a charming Grade II listed fisherman’s cottage offering four bedrooms, ideal for families or small groups. Set in the heart of St Ives, it is just a short walk from the town centre, where you can explore galleries, shops and a great selection of restaurants. The cottage welcomes dogs, making it perfect for a coastal getaway with your pet and includes the convenience of off-site parking for one car - an added bonus in such a central location.

Step in through the front door to a beautiful character cottage open plan living dining room with wood burner. The cosy lounge offers a large colorful corner sofa, comfy lounge chairs, Smart TV and DVD player. The galley style kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table is found in the open plan lounge area and seats eight guests. There is a small cloakroom located off the kitchen on the ground floor.

On the first floor, the master bedroom has a zip and link bed which can be configured as a super king size bed or two single beds. The master bedroom also offers ample storage. Across the landing is a bunk bed bedroom. On the second floor there is a small double bedroom with ensuite which has a shower, wash hand basin and WC with a built-in wardrobe. The fourth bedroom also has a zip and link bed which can be configured as a super king size bed or two single beds with ample storage. The family bathroom is located on the first floor with bath, separate shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Two Well Behaved Dogs are Welcome – A £20.00 charge per dog per week applies unattended or allowed on any furniture. Please note that dogs must not be left in the holiday home.

Off-Site Parking for One Car - Parking is located 0.3 miles from the Shrimp Cottage. The parking dimensions are 2.35m wide and 5.0m long.

The stairs at Shrimp Cottage are not suitable for a Stair Gate.

Due to the location of this holiday home, there may be some noise disturbance from Kidz R Us, the local theatre.

Shrimp Cottage is located over three floors and guests will be required to climb stairs. The stairs to the top floor are steep.

Access Statement – Shrimp Cottage is accessed from the street with two steps through the front door.
